Do any of you have problems submitting posts?
Almost all the time I have to rapid-fire click the submit button for the post to get through (sometimes repeatedly). On top of that, I sometimes when I try to post, I get asked for my logon/password...which will delete everything I had just composed. When I log on I always check the box to stay logged on.
The problem is probably at my end by I though I'd check to see if I wasn't the only only one. This is the only forum where I have these problems. _________________ Brian Austin |

What browser is everyone using?
I use Firefox including the update from last week. Using a USB optical mouse I sometimes have to rapid-fire click for submit boxes on various boards.
I've never lost a post on this board, but I haven't posted that much. I have lost a few posts on the Gn15 list (uses the same software), but almost always I've been able to use 'back' to get my text back - I just cavalierly ignore the 'will re-submit' warning, relying on being able to use 'delete' if there is a duplicate, only a problem if someone else posts on the same thread before I can check.
There's a different 'known problem' with this software in times of running out of server resources (nothing to do with your end) giving a white screen. This normally results in duplicate, rather than lost, posts, and this board is no way big enough to encounter that problem, yet.

I haven't had a single problem. If I sweep my registry I will need to re-log in, but that is all internet passwords and my own fault for deleting them.
I'm using Internet Explorer. |
