Available as a download on the BBC website is a card model of thier shipping container that is journeying around the world for a year as part of a report on the complexities of global trade.
The model has list of scale reductions so that you can print it out at your chosen scale. Unfortunately you'll have to work out T for yourself

roughly 1/15 for 1:450 and 1/14 for 1:480. Not enough difference to worry about unless you're building conflats to go with it.

covers where the box is going. Having worked at Cronos for eighteen months, I'm finding this rather more fun than following Canada Geese on their migration using roughly the same presentation and technology. You can also do that on BBC R4, but nice that they're finally catering to those of us who can do 'some kind of bird. I fink' but sit in Dresden and say 'hey, that cement just came over the border from the Czech republic, just watch my beer while I get the reporting marks from the wagons'.
