mmmm, well that is fantastic Darren!, one thing im curious about, how are the bogies in the new chassie? are they looser - free'er? im hoping the springs pulling at least dont make them any stiffer to swing.

I don't know how they are managing to keep going with this development. I'm actually more excited to see the Hankyu 9000 body underneath

I knew someone would - which is why I took the photos. Wink
It was an unexpected bonus.

I tried a few things last night and got the train to run up and down a vertical track. Tipping it past the vertical, it fell off. Sad

Paul, the bogies are not much different to the 103 types. They seem slightly better, but as they still use the same fixed "large" gear above the powered axles, so they can't rotate much as a result.

We've just run a power car upside down - not mine - I'm glad to say. Would need some safety net but my friend has gone away with the idea of an inverted one car rapid transit system - good luck to him - bet he gives up, as he's really into HO and bought the T gauge for the fun of it - but doesn't have any track - hence his visit to me
