I'm unclear whether or not these sets are permanently made or can be taken apart. Thanks in advance for any information! One oval consists of 12 curved tracks and 4 straight tracks (1 of which can be connected to the controller). The ovals purchased in the set are made up of 4 straight sections and 12 curved sections and are very easily taken apart and put together again (with care of course!).
