Unfortunately, when I spoke to http://japanmodelrailways.com from Germany in Koelnmesse last week , he was worried whether he'd be able to bring much over to the UK exhibition next weekend since he'd not received supplies from Japan.
Just don't know how good the Japanese supply chain is yet. |

That is a limitation imposed by the mechanism. The powered trucks can barely swivel; as it is, there are derailment problems on the smaller radius. The only way to get the radius any smaller is to change the powered units--either make the wheelbase much shorter, or design a different drivetrain. _________________ David

Yeah, that's what he told me as well.
I was there as well last weekend, he did also say he didn't recieve any responds to his questions on the development of switches from Enshiseido. We both concluded, as (former) Japanologists, that that is a Japanese way of saying: "please be patient, we're working on it!" _________________ Tree Gauge? Three Gauge? Tea Gauge? Watch the press and check at Warley! |
Yes they will be selling T gauge in the UK . I spoke to them today and they had recieved package 2 of 2 (track) but not 1 of 2 (trains) . They may not be selling any at Warley but will be displaying some there .
However their prices seem higher than other sources and, as a friend had a bad experience at their shop (not been there my self) I would prefer to buy elsewhere!
I don't think they will be exclusive as there are several in Japan, it's just that other countries have been slower off the mark! |
