I have met up with Paul this afternoon to take some photos of his VR T class loco. After many attempts, I cant seem to get the photos on the forum but you can see the pictures on our blog. Just follow the link below. _________________ Victorian T Gauge Blog

Superb piece of work, the pride is entirely justified.
I'm assuming that the ?front walkway (the wide one) is about two mil. How wide overall is the loco?
looking forward to seeing the revised design.
regards

From the photo the front walkway looks to be around 2mm wide. If Paul doesnt post dimensions up by the next time I see him ill grab a ruler out and take some more shots. _________________ Victorian T Gauge Blog

That end walkway is much too wide.
Sorry, but there has to be a "rivet-counter" amongst us. And like all such people, I'm not saying I can do any better.
Seriously Paul, it is impressive. No doubt the revised one will be much more so. _________________ Darren,

I'm only an expert on the parts I'm an expert on. But I don't know much about the parts I don't know much about either.

Me too. I assure you there is some progress, but it's been a bit longer than I'd anticipated. _________________ Darren,

It is wonderful. I instinctively rubbed its eyes.
A good suggestion for me was given. |

And here's some photos of Paul's T class and cars, taken at today's "Australian National T Gauge Convention".
Very nicely detailed already, but really set off by having flex track underneath. Now all they need are wheels. I suspect we won't have to wait too long for that.
By the way, the Australian $2 coin is just under 21mm diameter and 3mm thick. Yes, it just fits between the rails. _________________ Darren,
